The purpose of this consultation is to discuss in detail the specifications and options for your mane surprise purchase. During this session, our expert team will provide personalised guidance to help you make an informed decision

Please note:

• The consultation fee is £50 and will be charged at the time of booking
  
• Upon finalisation, the consultation fee will be automatically deducted from your total purchase
• This consultation does not obligate you to make a purchase
• We recommend scheduling your consultation at least 14 working days before your intended “Surprise” date to allow for proper planning and any necessary follow-ups
  e.g. Surprise date (date to hand over gift box) is 19th of September, book a consultation no later than the 2nd of September

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your consultation fee
